Totally normal, and it's still good soap! Our Pure Castile Soap turns cloudy when it gets cold, and some scents cloud sooner than others because every essential oil behaves a little differently. An opened carton clouds more easily too, as the soap slowly loses some of its water. To clear it up, pour what you need into a bottle and stand it in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes. Please don't dunk the carton itself: it's paper-based. Cloudy or clear, it cleans just as well.
